Refund policy

At MF Fashion Store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality ladies’ clothing and an excellent shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.


Return Policy

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

  • Items returned without meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Innerwear or personal wear items

  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Items with removed or missing tags

  • Sale or discounted items (unless the item is defective)


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

  • Courier or shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error on our part.


Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Item received in damaged or defective condition

  • Refunds will not be issued in cash. Approved refunds will be processed via:

    • Store credit, or

    • Bank transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash

  • Refund processing may take 7–10 working days after approval.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from MF Fashion Store.

  • In case of a faulty or incorrect item, return shipping will be handled by us.
