Return Policy

Customers may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Items returned without meeting the above conditions will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Innerwear or personal wear items

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged

Items with removed or missing tags

Sale or discounted items (unless the item is defective)
Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only in case of size issues or defective products, subject to stock availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Courier or shipping charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer, except in cases of error on our part.
Refund Policy

Return Shipping

Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a mistake or defect from MF Fashion Store.

In case of a faulty or incorrect item, return shipping will be handled by us.
